HARFANG IMMIGRATION is a multi-concept office specializing in Canadian immigration and the recruitment of foreign workers. Its mission is to help people of foreign nationality realize their dream of immigrating to Canada and to support Canadian employers facing labor shortages.

 

Its founder, Ms. Nathalie Noël, holds a license in accounting science from Laval University. She worked as a CA accountant and auditor for several years. In addition, Ms. Noël has a solid background in finance, having worked for more than 15 years in the field.

 

She has since been a consultant in business support and regulated consultant in Canadian immigration, member of the CRCIC (Regulatory Council of Immigration Consultants of Canada) and MIFI (Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration du Canada, Quebec). She works in concert with other immigration consultants all regulated in Canadian immigration.

 

Ms. Noël is responsible for coordinating teams of specialists covering different sectors of activity in order to consolidate a complementary team in supporting businesses and individuals.

 

 

HARFANG IMMIGRATION's reference network includes, among others, partners from different complementary sectors:

 

• Immigration consultants located in different provinces of Canada;

• International recruiters and HR specialists with links in French-speaking countries including: France, Tunisia, Morocco and on the English-speaking side, the Philippines;

• Accountants and tax specialists, lawyers and notaries.

Note that only those authorized to represent or give advice to immigrants are:

• Regulated immigration consultants members of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council;

• Lawyers and notaries who must be members of the bar of a province or territory in Canada or of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;

• Paralegals (Ontario only), who must be members of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

In addition, a regulated Canadian immigration consultant must also be part of the MIFI's register of consultants in order to be able to provide advice on Quebec immigration programs.
